About the experience

What can I expect from this experience? Join the legendary expedition that climbs Everest for the very first time. From Kathmandu to the formidable summit, experience alongside the climbers and Sherpas an epic human adventure marked by danger, hardship, and unexpected twists.
Where does the experience take place? The experience takes place at Eclipso London, Basement Floor, 213-219 Camden High Street, London, NW1 7BT.
How long does the experience last? The VR experience lasts approximately 35 minutes, plus a few additional minutes for onboarding and headset fitting.
How does the experience work? Your experience begins with a welcome and briefing from our team. You will then be equipped with a VR headset before entering the immersion area.
Is there parking nearby? No, there is no parking available at the venue.
Can I get there by public transport? Yes. Camden Town tube station, on the Northern line, is a 15-second walk from the station exit. Camden Road Overground station is also around an 8-minute walk away.
Will I be standing during the whole experience? Yes, the experience takes place standing and moving around. Some walking and crouching may be required. If necessary, the experience can be adapted for people with limited mobility or visitors who need assistance.
Can I wear glasses during the experience? Yes, you may wear your prescription glasses during the experience. Our team will help adjust the headset for maximum comfort.
Can the experience cause dizziness or nausea? In some cases, guests may experience dizziness or nausea, but this is relatively rare. Our team is present throughout the experience to assist you. If you feel unwell at any time, you can stop the experience and exit the immersion area.
What happens if I don't feel well during the experience? You may stop the experience at any time. A member of our team will safely escort you out of the immersion area if necessary.
Are the VR headsets cleaned between sessions? Yes, VR headsets and accessories are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each session.

Ticket purchases

Where can I buy tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website. Tickets may also be available on-site. However, we recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure your preferred timeslot.
What payment methods can I use to buy tickets online? You can pay for your order using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal or Google Pay.
The date I want is sold out. Can I buy tickets on-site? Ticket purchases are mainly handled online. If a timeslot is marked as sold out online, this means there is no remaining availability for that session. We recommend selecting another date or time.
How do I know if my order was successful? Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. If you have not received an email, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? For this event, all sales are final and tickets can't be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs. However, if you purchased the FLEX option during checkout, please contact us before your session to modify the date or time of your booking, subject to availability.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.

Ticket types

Do you offer group rates? Yes, discounted rates are available for groups starting from 4 participants. Please select the Group package to benefit from the offer.
Are family tickets available? Yes, a family package is available for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children.
Do you offer press passes? Press pass holders receive complimentary admission upon presentation of a valid press card. Please contact us at eclipso@wordsandpixels.co

Accessibility

Is there a minimum age requirement? The experience is suitable for ages 8+.
Can children participate alone? Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility? Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the venue requires going down two flights of stairs, and there is currently no step-free access available.
Can I participate using a walking cane? Using a walking cane during the experience is not recommended for safety reasons. A wheelchair may be provided instead.
Can elderly visitors participate? Yes, elderly visitors can participate. Please note that access to the venue requires going down two flights of stairs. If needed, we recommend attending with a companion.
Can pregnant women participate? The experience involves walking and occasional crouching movements. Depending on the stage of your pregnancy and your personal comfort, please consult your doctor before participating.
Can people with epilepsy or pacemakers participate? For safety reasons, people suffering from epilepsy, heart conditions or wearing a pacemaker cannot participate in the VR experiences.
Can I participate with a baby or stroller? No, babies in carriers and strollers are not permitted during the experience.
Can I wear hearing aids during the experience? Yes, hearing aids are compatible with the experience.
Is the experience accessible for hearing-impaired visitors? The experience is not suitable for deaf guests, as it is not subtitled. For hard-of-hearing guests with hearing aids, the experience is compatible.
Are animals allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Are there toilets on-site? This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Are lockers available? Yes, free lockers are available on-site for storing personal belongings.
Can I bring a suitcase or large bag? Lockers are available on-site for standard-sized bags only. Large suitcases cannot be accommodated. If you are travelling, we recommend storing your luggage elsewhere before your visit.
Can I buy souvenirs after my visit? Yes, an on-site retail shop is available, offering merchandise related to our immersive experiences.
Can I take photos and videos during the experience? Yes, you can take photos and videos for personal use before or after the VR experience.
